The location was very good and they clean your room every day, they also bring you tea and water which is nice gesture + free apples. Staff was enough friendly and helped us when we needed. Also they have elevator which is goood.

For a visit to Istanbul this hotel is great. The staff were really welcoming and friendly. The beds were very comfortable. The room was nice and clean. Good value for money in a great location, walking distance from Sishane metro station. Would definitely use this hotel again.

The room was very neat, quite stylish. I liked that it was so close to Galata tower. Some people said that the area was dangerous. Well it’s not beautiful but very calm and very close to the tourists street. The receptionists kept my suitcase after check-in. so I am very happy with that choice!

The personnel was really considerate and polite. The location is ok, close to main street. There's a small shop in front of the hotel. Room was ok - 404. Hot water all the time.

Location and cleanliness were perfect, bathroom were brand new and AC worked perfectly. Alll staff that I’ve met were helpful and attentive. Special thanks to housekeeping team for keeping my room absolutely spotless!
